How do you make a homemade witch costume?

All i have is a few dresses.I have green hairspray and thats it.How can i make one?

Do you have a long black skirt or could borrow one?
I would use a long black skirt, a black sweater, you should be able to get a pointed hat at the drug store for a couple of dollars, see if anyone has a long black cape that would help too and borrow a broom from the house. Go ahead and paint your hair the green, and tease it out so its like when you wake up in the morning and use black lipstick.
