How to create a teenage mutant ninja turtles fancy dress?

i have got a fancy dress do coming up and an going as one of the ninja turtles. i need to try and create a costume somehow, and not one of the ones you buy in a shop. just simple whether it be with t-shirts, body paint etc, just an idea would be helpful!

i don’t think you can make a fancy dress out of t-shirts and and body paint. but if you must…….start with 5 to 7 green t-shirt. cut 3 of the shirts across from armpit to armpit. THen take and measure the length of the longest one. One tsecondned cut section, cut off 1-2 inches sho that it it shorter then the longest cut-shirt. Repeat this process with the 3rd cut-skirAlignign all the cut shirts so that the tops match, and you will see that you have a layered affect, sew the top edges together and you have a skirt. The top will be a little more tricky. Take one uncut shirt and put it on. Use a marker to mark how long you want the shirt to be, also mark yoshoulderder and make a mark for how low you want the top to come. Take off the top and fold it in half so you only have to make one cut of the front and back. Use the marked points referencence for your cutting, if the top is REALLY to big add a lacidetailial up the sides, back or front. u can use tremainderder t-shirt to make armbands and boot-toppers.don’tont know if this helps but good luck….
