how can i send large size files 1gb thru mail?

The quickest way is by using a piece of software called Dropbox. I’ve started using it recently and its awesome. If I invite you then you get extra online space for free and can send files up to 2gb with the free account. The other person you are sending the file to doesnt have to have it installed, but if they do then you can set up a shared folder. If you set up a shared folder, then any file you copy into the folder will automatically transfer to their computer, and vice versa. Its definitely worth checking out:
